What was the highlight of RF San Borondon Tenerife
Very Good
Well located, comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff. The room was spacious, with a comfortable, firm bed and a balcony with a nice view, sunbeds and table and chairs. Breakfast was included and provided great variety at the buffet. It's just outside the pedestrian zone so really close to the lovely port and loads of restaurants and bars. The swimming pool area is clean and has a lifeguard but the pool water was freezing!
The shower was over bath (some bathrooms are not yet renovated the receptionist explained to me on check in) and as tge bath is quite narrow the space was a bit small but it was OK. Water pressure was good.

The pool was not heated which was such a waste, a beautiful pool area which we couldn’t make full use of

Nice staff in reception, was a very friendly and helpful guy. Nice location, close to the promenade and a very nice hotel. Thank you
The cleaners are changing only the towels, took the rubbish and did the beds... no cleaning in the bathroom, shower, no checking if there is shower gel in the dispenser(like the kitchen one) The water from the pool was frizzing cold ???? 15°, was worm in the ocean. The mattress is making a holl in the middle and your back can hurt you.
